Great collector's items - two vintage rouge compacts from the 1940s.
First is a Dorothy Perkins 1940s Rouge Compact that still has powder rouge inside.
This vintage

comes in a darling little bronze-tone compact case with a repousse rose on top and

Mirror and puff are in OK condition.  The color is a pinky/coral.  There are slight breaks in the cake powder but it seems still usable.
We've seen this compact listed for over .00.
Second is a collectible vintage Avon rouge compact.  This compact was only around from 1941 to 1948.  The cream rouge is gone; mirror is tin and slightly spotted.  Current Market Value is .00.
