Vintage 40's Gold BOURJOIS New York Compact-"Evening in Paris" w/Lipstick & plastic covering Case.  Shipped with USPS First Class.
First 2 pictures are after a better cleaning & removal of tarnish.
This is a monogrammed piece.
This compact is in great condition for it's age few scratches or tarnish.  There is no pad.
Most all the powder appears to be there except for a small bit I spilled when opening it.
I'm not sure how to open the lipstick but it's most likely there since the powder wasn't used either.  Using a loupe, it looks like maybe someone previously could have used some sort of tool to get the lipstick opened, but it's not really noticeable with the naked eye.
Back shows color is "Rose Indian & Medium".
This was my mother's when she was young and her initials are engraved on the front.
There is a pink & clear plastic slip case for storing.
This is a square compact, 2 3/4".
