4)  Final Testing and Quality Assurance.
To ensure that everything is still working after the cleaning and repainting, we test the device one final time.
5) Packaging:
We have world-class packaging. After a complete battery of tests on the unit, it is packaged in INSTA-PAK FOAM to ensure your unit will arrive for a positive, out-of-box experience.
6)  Ship the device.
Finally, once all the previous steps are completed, the device is ready to be shipped to its new home or office. You will receive excellent customer service available during business hours along with free technical support with your purchase!
The Printer Depot Warranty Terms + Return Policy
Most of our refurbished printers come with a minimum of 90 day warranty unless stated otherwise. This warranty covers parts, labor, and technical support via phone. Shipping is only covered by us in the first 14 days, on the 15th day and forward shipping must be paid by the buyer. This warranty does not cover consumable items such as roller, charge rollers, transfer rollers, transfers belts/kits, or drums.
Most issues can be diagnosed by our highly skilled trained professional technicians who are available to our customers free of charge to diagnose any issues you may have with your product. 97% of issues that we have seen have been able to be resolved over the phone.

Return Policy:
-Most all of our products come with a 14 day return policy in which we cover shipping as well as any technical support.
-In the case a unit is defective or is missing parts we will gladly send you replacement parts and have tech support available on the phone. *Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CST.
-If you purchase a product with a "Printer Depot" warranty then we will honor through our in house system through the full length in which was stated on the listing. There is no need to go through the eBay system when you can give us a call at 972-494-3300.
